Our Exposure Therapy and Outdoor Program is designed to help students gradually build confidence, adaptability, and real-world coping skills in both clinical and community settings.
Through carefully structured and supported experiences, students learn how to manage anxiety, communicate their needs, and enjoy participation in everyday environments.
Our program includes guided role-play sessions to help students become familiar with medical or clinical settings such as a dentist visit.
Students learn step-by-step what to expect — from sitting in the waiting area, greeting the dentist, hearing dental tools, to understanding basic hygiene routines.
By using visual supports, social stories, and modeling, SENBOX helps reduce fear and increase comfort, preparing students for real-life appointments.
We prepare students for real-world safety through hands-on learning experiences.
